All contents present in this website are property of the tourist accommodation unit "Cerca da Estrela". The improper use of any content, whether through distribution, reproduction or forwarding, partial or complete, for commercial or other purposes without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Price and Payment Methods

The prices charged by "Cerca da Estrela" can be found on the website, under the Reservations menu. These prices include taxes legally due, such as VAT at the legal rate (6%).

Cerca da Estrela" reserves the right to change prices, promotional actions and services at any time.

Payments can be made through the following methods:

For this payment method you are advised to send proof of payment.

6. Reservation and cancellation conditions

At the time of booking the user will be asked to pay a deposit of 20% of the total amount payable. In case of cancellation of the reservation up to 10 days before the date, the amount will be returned in full.

If this communication is made after the established deadline or in case of no-show the deposited value will not be returned.

In case of cancellation of the reservation in unavoidable situations and of force majeure, duly justified, the amount paid will be returned in full.

6.1 Arrival and Departure

The client must check-in at his/her chosen accommodation between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm on the day of entry. Upon departure, the room and/or house must be vacated of all persons and property by 12:00 noon.

7. Other considerations

  • The lodging unit "Cerca da Estrela" does not allow pets to enter.
  • It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the houses and rooms.
  • The accommodation unit "Cerca da Estrela" provides free private parking for guests.
  • Breakfast at Casa "Cerca da Estrela" is served between 8AM and 11AM

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Cerca da Estrela" reserves the right, at any time, to make changes to these Terms and Conditions and these changes will be duly publicized on its website, www.cercadaestrela.pt.
